Today, a chilly and gray one, we worked out before breakfast at the Y, as we almost always do, but it wasn't the best workout for me. I was puffing and huffing almost from the start, and was wheezing on the way home and for an hour or so after. I had a fine morning and afternoon of writing, however -- no wheezing when it came to setting down some fairly good sentences. I wrote a paragraph, and also sent out two queries for my novel. I spend a few hours in the afternoon consolidating my meditative (spiritual) writings into a single Word document, so that I can eventually start marketing it as a manuscript. Delycia worked in her gardens for a while, hung some of our home-made gourd birdhouses, set up a new trellis for vines, wrote a good letter to her sister Jean, and did a lot of reading in the afternoon. Dinner (by me) was leftover pork roast, with carrots and buttered spinach.
