Today we journeyed down to Old Lyme with good friends Alan and Patience for a visit to a wonderful sculpture garden and the Florence Griswold Museum. We started at the sculpture garden, which seems to be owned by one sculptor and set up as an outdoor display place for other artists. It is filled with sculptures of all kinds, types, and shapes (see photos below), and we wandered around as if we had entered a playground or a maze of some sort.
Some strange sculptures . . .
We then had lunch on the patio at the Flo Gris, and spent some time in the museum and at her house, which I especially love.
