Today was one of wind and rain, so heavy that big puddles lay across the roads as we splashed along in our car. We had a good workout at the Y, and then had lunch with a friend at a cafe out by the seashore. Back home, we started on the grand adventure of making, by hand, 57 Christmas cards to send to family and friends. Cia has organized the project for us, and we both sat at the dining room table for a few hours this afternoon, measuring and cutting and pasting the beginnings of our cards. Obviously, it's just the start of a fairly long process, but a fun and happy one, for sure.
