Yesterday Delycia and I took a bike ride through parts of shady Stonington on the most pleasant of summer days – 70’s and soft winds.
More
reading in the afternoon back under the trees in the yard, and then a drive to
Misquamicut Beach, where the water was a wonderful light blue and fully
refreshing.
Back
home, during dinner we watched Act 2 of Smetena’s “The Bartered Bride”, featuring
sparkling duets and trios and even an occasional quartet.
