     Today we participated in a book club discussion at a bookstore in Madison, and it was a fairly enjoyable experience. I think we were both a little disappointed in the discussion, since on several occasions the group got off the topic of the book and began talking about memories and personal situations. These were good people, though, who obviously enjoyed reading for pleasure, and we believe that in future discussions things will go more smoothly, and perhaps more attention will be paid to the pages of the book under discussion. We enjoyed the book, and we have almost surely decided to continue with the book club.
