This was another frosty spring day, but I made the best of it on a nippy bike ride over to Pine Point for a performance on Grandparents Day. It was wonderful, again, to feel the lightheartedness that comes with cruising the backroads on a bike. Yes, it was cold, but I still loved the look of the April woods and the many crowds of daffodils here and there.



Delycia tested the distance to StoneRidge today (where she will be doing volunteer work) by walking with the bike up the hill and then riding back. Then, later, at the coldest time of the day, she spent an hour or so out back, raking leaves and twigs and sacking them up. All the while, I was nestled by a comfortable fire in the living room.
