This morning, before breakfast, we took a walk around the little seacoast village of Noank (CT). We walked with good speed up and down the hills, occasionally getting glimpses of the early-morning ocean and the boats in the harbor. I took my weights along and swung my arms sideways and up and down as we walked. (I was very tired when we finished.)

Tonight we have Delycia's son Aaron with us, staying over and then joining us in Brooklyn  CT for Josh's 9th birthday party tomorrow.  Delycia "ordered" Aaron (well, I guess she asked) to clean our gutters, and he did an amazing job, hopping up on the roof and, in a matter of minutes, stripping the gutters of lots of junk. I was very impressed -- and very grateful.
