Today we had a wonderful adventure of deep sea fishing with Josh and Luke. We went out on a charter boat from Waterford, out onto a gauzy blue sea with small swells under a crystal-like sky with puffs of white clouds along the edges.  We were greatly helped by the "mates" on board, especially a 77-year-old kindly fellow named Joe who so much wanted us to catch fish. He actually helped Josh catch the two fish he caught, and we were all grateful for his careful assistance throughout the trip. 

Josh and Luke caught a mess of fish, CIa caught one, and I -- well, I had fun watching and waiting and hoping and tugging on my line, but the fish weren't interested in this land-lubber's line. But it was a perfect day for me -- with my beloved grandson and son, and my big-hearted wife who put this entire day together for us. I love my Cia!!! (WE ALL DO!)
