and then we both went to the Y after lunch for some swimming. I used the lap pool and swam for 30 minutes, using the breast and back strokes in a slow and steady way. Cia was in the exercise pool, getting a gentle but helpful workout.
Even in this heat, Cia cooked a wonderful meal of tilapia, spicy green beans, and cheesy cauliflower. We ate on the cooling-off patio, and then ended the day in front of two fans in the bedroom watching the suddenly streaking Red Sox.
