Today was a frozen, windy day, and we spent most of the day in the warmth of our comfortable home. We did have some workers in the basement, installing a central air conditioning heat pump unit, but we were able to go about our day in a peaceful, warm way. I went down to the Mystic Y for a good workout while Delycia stayed home with the workers, and then she went to the Y when I returned. Later, around 4, we sat, as we often do, in front of a friendly fire and read and chatted.
