Today Cia took a long and exhilarating hike with Lee on the snowy trails of the Oswegatchie Hills Nature Preserve in Niantic. She came home beaming with pleasure (and some exhaustion and stiffness) after what she said was a "perfect" hike. She said they chatted the whole way -- about 4 miles -- and weren't especially tired at the end. When she got home, she filled me in on the details of the hike as we sat in the sunny sunroom and had lunch.
