A quiet day after a tumultuous weekend of protests and football. Following Saturday's wonderful but exhausting march in Boston and yesterday's late-night Patriot game, it was nice to rest up today (even if it was with a brand new soreness in my lower back). We had a good morning meditation, as usual, side by side in the sunroom, then saw a marvelous movie called "Hidden Figures", and later, ended the day with an excellent book discussion with our CLAM group this evening. Now, at 9:34, we're sitting together on the couch in the bedroom, scanning through our computers and listening to a stormy wind shrieking outside the windows.
