CHILLS AND WARMTH IN THE CITY

They rode the train in April to 

a chilly New York City, cheered

performers at the opera, cleared

their minds of winter, said adieu

to frozen days when daffodils

saluted them in Central Park, and

felt the chill turn warm like sand

at summer beaches. The thrills

of being friends in April in

the City made their spring begin.
