A wonderful morning ride today, about 6 miles down lovely River Road and back in cool winds and spring sunshine everywhere.

Then, off to meeting for worship at the Friends Meeting House, where I had another uplifting hour of prayer. The Quaker experience has not been perfect for me (I miss the hymns and the "organization" of some other services I've attended), but I have met some wonderful people and always enjoy the silent hour on Sunday.
