Yesterday we wandered down River Road and through Mystic and then back on Rte. 27 on our first bike ride of the season. It was a sunny, breezy day, and the ride along the river was especially inspiring. I think it made us both feel, again, how fortunate we are to live in such a beautiful area, so close to so many perfect roads for riding. 

     Later, we spent some time outside, just sitting in the sunshine and enjoying Cia's overflowing gardens (see below).
