This was another easy, carefree day for this very fortunate elder fellow. It started, as usual, with a casual breakfast side by side with Cia, both of us checking the news and things on our computers and chatting now and then. Then we had some quiet time, after which we drove to the Y, where I did the "silver sneakers" class and she worked out upstairs to help take care of her ailing back. I had some time to write in the afternoon, and Cia (as almost always) spent the afternoon doing various chores in her garden. Finally -- a great way to bring the day to close -- Aaron arrived in time for dinner, 

all set to spend a few days with us.
