Today we had a long walk and a good lunch with Jamie. We met him at his house and then drove together up to the Audubon preserve in Pomfret, where we sauntered along the trails for over an hour. Jamie knows the trails well and we walked along in a casual way, chatting about all sorts of things. We then sat outside at a cafe and enjoyed lunch and more good talk. It was, for me, an inspiring few hours.
