Today is a single-digit day — 5 degrees at breakfast and not much higher now, at 4:00. We did manage to drive to the Y this morning and had good warm workouts, and now Delycia is out running errands — and staying warm, I hope. Soon I’ll get a cheerful fire going and we will sit  by the warmth of the flames and feel very lucky (as usual).

Night coming on, and another big chill.
