Today we spent some exciting few hours with Noah and Aaron at the robotics competition at WPI. As usual, the atmosphere in the auditorium was noisy and exhilarating, so much so that we had to borrow earplugs from Aaron for Noah. Nonetheless, we loved the eagerness we felt all around us -- the rushing to and fro of techies and robots, the passionate cheering from the fans, the frenzied "coopertition" (their word) on the field among teams and robots. It was a wild, intense, and educational few hours for all of us. Noah was all smiles most of the time, especially when he emerged from "the pit" after having a special guided tour by Aaron and his young geeks. We look forward to doing it again next year when a new season of robotics commences!
