Today we enjoyed the sunny aftermath of yesterday's snow storm. It was a beautiful and bright scene all over Mystic, with white lawns, white streets, and trees bowing and bending with layers of white. We had a quiet day getting ready for our trip to St. Louis this weekend to honor the life of Mike Richter. Luckily, we changed our flights so we don't have to leave the house at 3:00 am, so we can have a quiet night tonight and then head up to Hartford around 8:00 am.
